Considering that
1 The ruling Communist Vietnam always hailed as “the people, by the people, for the people” and repeatedly stated: “People know, people discuss, people do and people check”.
2 The government is, with all its apparatus, is being fed by the people’s tax money and proceeds from the sale of the country’s natural resources.
3 They have signed the International Declaration of Human Rights, the Convention on the two civil rights, political, cultural, economic and social, as well as issued a constitution which (all 4 documents) have identified the right of the person known as humans and as citizens, have identified the government’s responsibility to meet that demand understanding.
4 In fact, in more than 60 years of authoritarian rule over the country, the Communist government of Vietnam has never met with the responsibility of understanding the needs of the people in the areas of civil, political, culture, economy and society, so that people contribute to national development, national construction.

7. risk of growing this invasion comes from the party and the communist authorities for more than half a century, the decision itself continuously relations strategies cowardice and weakness with China completely concealed local content commitments or compromise with their inequality, which has been constant rumors and speculation bewildered and disgusted the people, especially the Chengdu conference in 1990 that the argument that will lead to the risk of dehydration.
Therefore, the Association of Former Prisoners of Conscience, Bloc and Liberal Democrat Group 8406 Father Nguyen Kim Dien statement:
1 Along with many civil society organizations and independent citizens awake for water transport, we fully support the movement, “We want to know” by VN development Blogger Network action.
2 Appeal invited all the people lined up (with images, slogans, messages and street demonstrations if necessary) to require the party and the government have any content disclosure agreements, any commitment China is a country with thousands of Vietnam with a dream land annexation, firstly conference Chengdu content.
3 If the ruling communist party and still brazen disregard for the people and continue to remain silent on matters of life and death related to the destiny of the country, they take on full responsibility and do not blame the people strong take action to rescue the country.
